What brand of paint do you use?
We only use high quality paints from reputable brands. The specific brand of paint will depend on a number of factors such as customer preference and the nature of the project.
What's the difference between a good paint job and a bad one?
Preparation makes all the difference. One of the keys to a very good paint job is extensive preparation of the surface that will be painted. A skilled painter will also be proficient in many different painting techniques and materials.
What is our process?
● Cleaning: All roofs and on roof surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned using a power wash method.
● Patching: Spots requiring patching will undergo a process that includes:
○ A bedding coat of Fibramesh and fabric to create patches.
○ A primer base coat of acrylic coating before applying monolithic base coat
● Fresh Base Coat: All roof surfaces will be coated with a monolithic Acrylic coating.
● Final top Coats: All roof surfaces will be coated a second time, potentially a third time, to ensure full and even coverage.
● 100% Customer Satisfaction: We do not consider the job complete until YOU are 100% satisfied!
